So, I have alot of support for my weight loss journey at my office but recently it has taken off to a new level. We all have been bringing only healthy food and eating alot of salads and nutritious meals together. Recently one of the girls said that we should add an exercise at lunch, so I use my Quickfire Challenge each day as our challenge. Yesterday, we did jumping jacks. Today, we did side crunches. 100 of each and all of us have been doing them and rooting the others on. It is remarkable how easy they are to accomplish when the whole group (okay there are only 3 of us!) are on board. It has been an additional push that I needed and have enjoyed! emoticon

    That's awesome! Almost everyone where I work watches what they eat, so there's not a ton of temptation there. Yay! Well, except for a few newbies who think they need to share their leftover cupcakes from a weekend graduation party. The good news is that I did not eat one and 75% of them ended up tossed for sitting around too long.

    We're also looking at a lunchtime exercise deal. Best of luck!

    That is awesome!!! It is so much easier then having everyone wanting to know if I am going to order out with them or eat my DIET Food. Gosh I can't stand that term (Diet) I say every time. Not on Diet just making smarter choices to get healthy. Hopefully they will get on board one of these days.
