Personal Challenge Day 20

I had a great day when it came to accomplishing goals. I was able to do 20 minutes of the 30 minute program on the treadmill! The last time I did it I barely made it past 5 minutes! I made sure to stay within my comfort levels and stopped when my body told me, not because I wanted too. I was also able to get in 8 cups of water, yeah! I didn't get to read, but I did get to go shopping with my daughter so the day was a good day! My goals for today are to get in at least 8 cups of water and plan my meals for the week.
