...but I am having trouble motivating myself to log in daily. I guess I am becoming a bit complacent. Thankfully that is the only thing I am having trouble doing.

Now that the Flyer's playoffs & finals are over I am back at the gym again. And thankfully while they were doing their run for the Cup I didn't change anything else. I was still eating very healthy so I continued to lose weight. Now that I'm back at the gym I'm looking forward to losing more.

Let me just tell you about the gym's scale. The thing has always been off, but it used to be off by only 3 lbs. I went there last week & weighed myself. It told me that I had gained 7 lbs - that was just a few days after I had weighed myself & noticed that I had lost weight. Now I know that if I had gained 7 lbs in just a short time I would definitely had noticed it. Now that I have started a new healthy lifestyle I am more in tune with my body. So yesterday I took a walk during work to KMart. I hopped on a scale there. The first one had me at 30 lb weight loss. I knew that was waaaaay off. So I hopped on another. It read a 3 lb weight loss. Now that's more like it. I knew I had lost some more weight because I could feel the difference in my stomach.

So last night at the gym the first thing I did was hop on the scale. I wanted to see how off it was. It told me that I weighed 10 more lbs than the scale at KMart. Wow!! They really need to recalibrate that thing.

And the reason I knew it was previously off by 3 lbs is that I was going to Jefferson Hospital all the time about my procedure. I know their scale has to be calibrated at least once per shift. And the gym scale had me at 3 lbs more than Jefferson's. Since I haven't been to Jefferson in a while I needed a new scale so I could get an accurate read.

And YAY!!! Lost another 3 lbs. I have hit my 2nd landmark - down 20 lbs. I now stand at a total of 22 lbs down. Just another 8 lbs & I will hit my 3rd landmark. I LOVE IT!!!

    Scales can be so annoying, right? I've gotten into a bad habbit of weighing myself a few times throughout the week and seeing it jump all over...need to just stick to my normal weigh in day!
    Sorry about them Flyer's...from a Penguins fan, LOL! I would have liked to seen the cup stay in PA though! They did an awesome job at coming back in the playoffs!
