Well this feels A little exposed to post my measurements, I'm hoping to break my plateau by entering this 8 week challenge. I'm starting three days late and I'll be having a weeks holiday overseas during the 8 weeks so I feel this will also be another challenge. My personal challenge is too fit in 2-3 sessions of strength traning while maintaining my cardio without dropping my cals too low ....... and start to lose fat. I want to burn fat not starve it, everything I've read leads me to believe that burning the fat is the only long term means of weight loss. No more starving for me!
