100% Week

Last week was just a disaster, Spark-wise. So I set some goals for this week to try to turn thins around. And you know what? I succeeded! I met or surpassed every one of my goals! emoticon

Nutrition goal: Track every day and stay within my calories 3 days.
Results: Tracked every day and stayed within my calories 6 days. emoticon

Water goal: Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
Results: Drank at least 10 glasses of water every day. emoticon

Exercise goal: Do one gym workout and one yoga session this week. Do something active for at least 10 minutes every other day of the week.
Results: Did two gym workouts and two yoga sessions this week. I also walked or did the Wii fit for about 20 minutes every other day of the week. emoticon

Sleep: Get 8 hours of sleep every night.
Results: 8-9 hours a night and fully rested! emoticon

I am so proud of myself! emoticon emoticon emoticon

So today I am taking a break. DH and I are going out for breakfast, then to a museum, doing some shopping (including our favorite grocery store), and capping it off with a meal at the restaurant where we had our first date. I am not going to track fitness or calories, just enjoy the day.

But Monday I'll be back at it again. I think I'll keep the same goals as this week and just try to surpass them again like I did this week. emoticon
