I chose to do 36 minutes of one of my toughest workouts. I knew it would be deep muscle as well as cardio burn. I need to have the muscles worked in order to sit well on the plane. I'm trying to be mindful of sodium on the plane. If I can't stop to get water (we are traveling in a large group of high school kids), I'll buy a bottle on the plane.

It's time for the last minute stuff! Wheeeeeeeee

Orlando to Frankfurt to Nice to La Croix Valmer. A week of touring including Monaco, Eze, Cogolin, and St. Tropez as well as time in Nice. Concerts almost ever day. Mild temperatures in the forcast, with rain clearing after the night we get there.
