I have been watching what I eat for the couple of days and will continue to do so...I just need to exercise in order to help me loose weight. I'm drinking lots of water already and but still figuring out how to stop myself form eating more...I think I would be drinking cereal drinks instead to full me up and refrain from bringing loads of money to the office so that I won't be tempted....
