Starting the week right

I Have been eating more lately and I wanted to start the week right by cutting on food intake and exercise a bit to loose more weight...water and cereal and 1 cup rice, but it seems that everytime I try, it just gets me hungry...I know what I should do but it's quite difficult..I have to descipline myself to sacrifice a bit and have it in mind that I'm doing this for myself and to get pregnant...I pray for guidance from above for me to succeed..
