Plans for July

I know it's a few days early, but I wanted to get my plan of attack in writing before it's too late. My plan is to start my 10 day cleanse on thursday the first of July. I wanted to make sure to start the month out right and that is why I am doing it. On the 11th, I will official start my new plan that I have developed for myself. I am in the process of making a list of foods I will need and I am also looking for different recipes that I would like to try. This time around I am not following a set "diet", but I am just making sure to eat so that I can drop the pounds. I have the know how and it has just taken me awhile to realize that I can really do this as long as I stay focused. This week I will finally start on the motivational collage that I have been wanting to do for awhile. Doing one is part of the bonus points I can earn for a challenge that I am part of, so this week is as good as any to start on it. I will be starting back to Chalean Extreme on the 11th as well. I am looking into getting Turbo Fire by Chalene Johnson sometime this month too. I love any program that is created by her. I have been a fan of her workouts since buying Turbo Jam! My goal is to fit a dress that I bought either last year or the year before so that I can wear it to my parent's appreciation service on the 25th. I will try it on and take a picture so that I know what I need to work on in order to fit it. I also want to work on spending time by myself each day. Okay they are written down and now it is time for me to stick to them. I am ready for what July will bring.
