Losing my shorts in Phuket!

Wednesday, July 07, 2010

so i'm trying not to do whatI always do that is puton all the weight that i've spend months, years losing, buffet breakfasts are a killer and there are so many interesting places to eat out and new foods to try and I'm a chef and just love food so its very difficult.

So this time i'm trying to steer a course between not being to restrictive and be a diet freak (my family give me hard time about that (your on holiday blah blah blah ) and trying to eat within my limits because if I go home heavier i'll be so angry with myself specially since i've been on a plateau since whenever.

Anyway the shorts i brought with me are FALLING OFF ME yes I'm losing my shorts as i'm walking around the beach and shoppings (its ok togs underneath !)
so I had to borrow a belt to keep them up, hey maybe i will have to buy a smaller pair!

I'm taking this as a positive sign, my cals have been all over the place this week, before i went away too busy at work so not much time to eat, so some days about 400 cals under yesterday a bit over so maybe this will workout, also i have been in the hotel gym but not for very long

heres hoping for a good weigh in when I get home wish me luck

I love clothes which are too big! I just won't get rid of them until I am really really sure that I wont' want them for the evening for instance when I'm slightly heavier and wanting less restriction.

My belt only shorts are going to have to go, though. They just don't' look that great!

    Congrats! emoticon High Five!
