Hi everyone! I've spent the last few weekends enjoying myself. Much food and drink and fun! I've gone over my 1,200 calories on the weekends. I still wanted to track but just didn't take the time to do it.
I'm just taking it day by day. Trying to make the right choices. Forcing myself to exercise. I've lost 1.5 pounds since I started using SP. I should have lost more by now. But, I'm not going to dwell on that.
I also have PMS this week so everything just feels so blah. I'm going to push through it and stay away from the Reese's Peanut Butter cups.
