I've Got Nails!

Friday, July 16, 2010

Okay I'm warning you now this is a goofy blog!

I'm posting this because normally my nails grow and break off and just keep that cycle. Before when I barely lifted a foot I couldn't keep a finger nail except on like two fingers. So how it is that every finger has a long nail now that I'm exercising and putting them at constant risk of being banged? I don't know but I thought I'd snap a picture before one goes bye-bye.

beautiful nails....We used to sing a song a long time ago called..."Jesus on the inside, working on the outside...oh what a change in my life..." I think what is going on on the inside is now showing up on the outside...Awesome!

Very pretty! Mine break easily too, but the healthier my diet, the longer & stronger my nails grow. You should treat yourself to a manicure!

Beautiful hands - nails look fabulous! I can usually get seven or eight to cooperate, but a full ten is something to crow about!

They look great. My nails have also been growing since I've been eating better. I was also a nail biter, usually while I was reading in the evening. Since I've been on Spark I've been doing less reading, more walking & more time on the computer catching up with my Spark friends. Whatever the reason, enjoy those gorgeous nails emoticon

Perhaps along with exercise, you're eating some pretty good stuff. I heard a while back that our diets has something to do with how our nails grow or don't grow. Just like drinking sufficient water makes our skin more beautiful. Keep taking care of that temple of yours.

I have always been a nail biter. And I mean really bad! BUt I quit biting my nails about 3 months ago and I am sooooo proud of them. I no longer have the urge to bite them off.
    Yours are really pretty.
