but it's not rocket science............

Friday, July 23, 2010

this is really very simple, it is not rocket science. If you Eat Less and Move More you WILL LOSE weight. I know this to be true. But what is hard, Really Hard is doing it. Planning and pre- preparation are key to healthy, balanced meals and fitting in excercise in any form. Having a plan and staying focused are the keys to success! So Focus on what you want and look at it and say to yourself, nothing and nobody is going to STOP me from reaching my goal.............then plan ahead and work on making quick, excellent choices for your life. Just in case a well-meaning friend tries to sabotage you. I have been your well-meaning friend! So have your fridge filled with healthy choices like fruit and veggies, yoghurt and good for you dips, your pantry filled with more protein choices than bad carbs and your head filled with the idea that you need 5 fruits and veggies each day..........and stick to it! Plan ahead for your excersise too! For over a month i have been riding my bike 2.23 miles every morning and now i have added the early evening as well. instead of plopping down in front of the teli, get on your excersice bike or do 50 pull ups or better yet bring your excersicse bike in front of the teli. try doing that for 60 min.................then don't forget the most important part..........................
..................
breathe!
Here's to you...............
hugs,
kathy
