Menu's for the Week

Well a couple of weeks on Jenny have gotten me back on track. But I am ready to roll up my sleeves and continue doing it myself. I have planned my menu's for the week. Which in looking at it all. I that's what has been most helpful to me. I have read countless spark pages of people cooking on sunday for the week. I used to do it myself. So I know what works and I'm going to work it.

Breakfast: 1 Cup of Eggwhites with Deli thins and Strawberry's

Snack: Chobani Greek Yogurt Strawberry
Apple

Lunches:
Tuna Salad with Crackers and Applsauce
Tuna and Swiss on Arnold Whole Wheat Deli Thin
Chicken Salad with Tomato

Dinner:
Spinach Lasagna
Chicken Fajita's with green peppers and onions
Chicken Stir fry with broccoli, and brown rice
Lean Cusine or Smart One's a couple of nights

Night Time Snack:

No Sugar Added Lugi's Italian Ice Lemon or Cherry
