Since I had my lap band surgery, I have noticed small things that have gotten better.
I can now do some flexibility exercises that I was not able to do in the past.
I have been consistantly going to the gym for almost 5 weeks at 6 days a week.
I have been eating on shedule as instructed.
I have been eating the right foods.
I have done 60 minutes on the treadmill at a time.
I have done 60 minutes on the art trainer at a time.
I am working with personal trainer 3 times a week.
I have increased my time to 1.5 hours at the gym on most days.
I have faith in what I have done and will do in the future.

By end of August to be 50 lbs down.
By Sept 10th (next appointment), to maintain a loss of 3 lbs a week on average.
By time I go to Atlanta for my classes to be down 75 lbs or at least close.
By the time of Christmas to be down 100 lbs.

I can not fail because I will not give up. This is a journey that I have started and will succeed in the long run to make the best
