Slow Weight Loss

Seems to me I have written this blog before. SIGH! The last two weeks about this time I started to worry about losing weight. I weigh in on Thursday. I seem to spend from Friday to Wednesday going up and down like a yo yo. So far on Thursday I have been down but I spend a lot of time being concerned that the final weight won't be down. I know that the goal is not losing weight but rather living a more healthy lifestyle but it is hard to see the healthier living when the weight is up and then down.
I have debated not weighing daily but I like tosee the number even if it is up. It also helps me to focus on my nemisis the exercise part of the program.
So taking a deep breath-- keeping my eye on the prize- a healthier life and plowing on for yet another day!!
