The treadmill today identified my fat burning heart rate as 109, and my cardio target heart rate as 134 -- and I had been noting that 160 was strenuous, but working in the 150, 145 range --- slow me down, my walking speed is okay at 20 miles/hour because that is in the fat burning heart rate range.
I set a timer for 10 minutes of strength training. The magic is that I got some muscle work done that way! At least I have something I can add while I figure out how to get everything done.
