Blogging My Way To 270: Day 18

I am doing really well with my running. Who knew that I would be able to run for more then a minute at a time. I am at the point now that I am running at two minute intervals and walking for three. Next week it will change to running three minute intervals while walking only two. My food has been okay as I have been making sure to watch my portions and to make sure that I write down everything that I am putting in my mouth. I still need to work on my water intake, but that is something that will come in due time.
