Blogging My Way To 270: Day 24

I am officially 8 pounds away from reaching my goal of 270, yeah! I am going to up my game as I have planned out my food for the next three days and I will plan saturdays later on today. I find that I do better when I have everything already entered as I feel obligated to eat it lol! I am going to work on getting in the water better. I think that I will set a goal to get in 4 - 6 cups of water in before I leave for work. This will help with making sure that I get in at least 8 cups a day. I am doing good with my running. Here are the results from last weeks plan:

Monday - For 20 minutes, alternate 3 minutes walking and 2 minutes jogging emoticon
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - For 20 minutes, alternate 3 minutes walking and 2 minutes jogging emoticon
Thursday - Rest
Friday - For 20 minutes, alternate 3 minutes walking and 2 minutes jogging emoticon
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Pick 5 songs and jog to one then walk to the next and so on

I missed my sunday run, but I am going to do better this week to make sure that I do it. I took my picture and compared it to my official first day one. I can see the difference because the weight is only a three pound difference. I will be sure to do a 60 day and a 90 day so that I can see my progress from doing Chalean Extreme.
