Feeling a little defeated.....

So its' been almost 2weeks since I've done my P90X workouts and I am feeling a little down.
I put everything and everybody ahead of myself for the past three weeks and I can't seem to get back into my routine.

So's my minor dilemma
I don't know if I should restart P90X altogether or if I should just go back to week 6 and go from there?

Now that my kids are back in school and the hubby as well. my schedule-Finally-- is good to go.

A little help please...

    O.K......I would say start over but that is the obsessiveness in me. The problem with starting over is you might burn out...that is what happens to me. So if you are up for it start over and feel great about how much you can do on Day 1. But if you are thinking that it might be too much too start over then jump into week 6 you won't have lost all that muscle yet. I look forward to seeing what you do. I just started over Day 1 today so get your dilemma. Good luck and do what you can do but keep pressing play...says Tony.

    Ok, I read it....I think u shld start back at Week 6. All is not lost with muscle gaining in 2-3 weeks ( so Ive read). You may struggle just a bit but not too much. I just think that you have come such a long way and to go all the way to the begining is crazy unless you just want another fresh start.

    Or you cld even do like a team member did and just go past the 90 days and do like 16 weeks instead of the 13 weeks.

    But let us know, but dont wait to much longer girl!!!!

    I vote start over. That way you'll feel successful at all the stuff you are able to do right away. I bet you'll move up quickly once you get restarted. You go girl! emoticon

    It all depends on how you feel. You could give week 6 a try, but if it feels too hard then start over. Your body will tell you what you should do. Good luck and you can do it!!

    Plan to start fresh on Monday. I find scheduling my workout as I would any other important appointment works the best.

    I have never done P90X and admire that you are doing it. I might try it-when I lose some weight and I am not on the 3rd floor of my apartment building. If you feel you can pick back up, maybe start from Week 6 but if you want to try to start on a clean slate then maybe start over. Either way as long as you start back up you win emoticon

    If it were me, I'd just start over on Monday. But I can only tell you what I would do, not what's best.

    I wish I could offer advice...I just watch the commercials for P90X and get exhausted. lol
