Monday, August 30, 2010

Monday - For 20 minutes, alternate 1 minute walking and 4 minutes jogging
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - For 20 minutes, alternate 1 minute walking and 4 minutes jogging
Thursday - Rest
Friday - For 20 minutes, alternate 1 minute walking and 4 minutes jogging
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Go for a good 30 minutes fast walk
