Blogging My Way To 270: Day 30

My weight went up by 0.8 this week, but that was due to it being my TOM. It wasn't the usual 2 to 3 pounds, so it's all good! I did good with my eating, but I can and WILL do better this week. I am not going to eat off my plan for the week. I need to stay on it if I want to see the weight to go away. No more side eating on my part. I need to make sure to eat what is planned so that I won't stray away because I forgot to get what was planned. I need to up my game on my water drinking. Here are my results for my running last week:
Monday - For 20 minutes, alternate 2 minutes walking with 3 minutes running
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - For 20 minutes, alternate 2 minutes walking with 3 minutes running
Thursday - Rest
Friday - For 20 minutes, alternate 2 minutes walking with 3 minutes running
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Go for a gentle jog for 5 minutes then walk 2 minutes. Repeat this 3 times.
I am having a hard time with running on sundays. I will work hard on getting it in this week. My goals for this week is to finish the Push Phase of Chalean Extreme strong and to look over the movements for the Lean Phase, which I will be starting on monday.
