I HAVE TO MOVE MORE

I am keeping great records of my food and very rarely go above my recommended calorie intake. However I still am not losing weight. Monday (my weigh in day) I actually gained 3 pounds. My husband told me that he knew I was committed because I was honest about the gain and tracked it instead of waiting til next week to weigh in. I want to do it right.
I know my problem is exercise.
If I am going to do it I want to do it all the way.
Goal for September
Hit the gym 5 days a week
Hiking or gardening at least twice a week
Drinking eight glasses of water a day. This is my biggest challenge.
I do not want to part way succeed or part way fail. I'm all in.
