Blogging My Way To 270: Day 35

Last week was a very busy one for me. I wasn't able to stay focused with my food and the scale sure shows. It's okay as I have not lost hope, but I am just moving on and I am not going to let this set back discourage me. I will focus on all of the good things that I did like exercise even when I didn't feel like it! I am starting to see muscle formation, so all of my hard work is not in vain lol. I need to work on adding more cardio though. I am starting the Lean Phase of Chalean Extreme this week, so I am thinking of adding Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout 3 times this week. I have at least planned out my meals up to Wednesday, but I will get the rest of the week done so that I will have an idea of what to buy at the store when I go grocery shopping on tuesday. My goals for this week is to follow the CE program, do my planned runs on the treadmill, drink at least 8 cups of water, eat my food that is planned for the day, and get at least 7 hours of sleep this week.
