Back from a month 'overseas' (Australia and Malaysia). Put on a few pounds, exercised a lot, enjoyed new cuisines, and now I'm back....

Definitely need to plan some meals - low-ish carb, low fat, high protien and some alcohol ... Things that will take freezing well so I can make in a batch and have to hand after work...
