Surrendering to morning exercise

I have had problems with energy and the regimen of thyroid medication is helping. I take B vitamin shots, but my body is weird and I don't react to them like most people. I only notice a benefit when I'm exhausted. So, while I'm trying to figure this out, I've realized that I have a better day when I exercise in the morning. I do well with afternoon workouts, and I try to move during my sedentary workday. The morning exercise seems to help get through the sluggish afternoon, not to mention making the morning more productive! So, morning exercise, even if it is 10 minutes, is being put into my medical regimen and my motivational regimen. There will come a time when 'downward facing dog' becomes a friend of mine too. It could happen!
