I am eating up the food in the freezer.

And reflecting on how to change my diet .... I now know there are two things to work on: generally, I need less fat and more protein, and I also need to find a way to eat better on 'bad days' - by which I mean days when I feel too tired/ill to take care of myself properly.

    Thanks, Lizzie - I try to do that, too, but my batch recipies of choice are too high fat. Any recommendations? I need around 40g - 50g CHO, and 300 - 500 calories in a meal (maximising the protein, minimising the fat for those other 120 - 300 calories).

    I batch cook and freeze food on the weekends so I don't have to during the week. On weekday nights, I just microwave some of the food that I batch cooked on the weekend. It makes life so much easier.
