The 30 Day Shred

Well yesterday I started the dvd. It was Day 1 of Level 1. It was a good workout. Gave a good sweat. I felt it afterwards. Then I worked on neighbors yard for 4 hours cutting and hauling trees. Then my 18 year old did the dvd. She said it was not too bad. Well, this morning we are both feeling it! My thighs are talking right now! And they are speaking several different languages! emoticon I am going to do the workout after lunch to give my legs a rest. I am not going to let it stop me though. So here goes Day 2 Level 1 of the SHRED.

    Good for you for taking on Jillian!! They have some of her exercise videos on cable, I will have to try one. Hopefully I would be able to keep up! Is there alot of jumping around? Sounds like its a good exercise video and you are seeing the results. emoticon

    I have heard and read alot of blogs about The SHRED....we dont have it here in Australia. I hear though she is unrelenting! LOL!

    I started my own workout yesterday as well, and my glutes are screaming today. Best of luck to you, take it one day at a time, you'll build up your endurance and silence your multi-lingual muscles. emoticon
