Goals for the week of Oct 3rd.

1. continue to not drink soda. ( have been really good drinking water and unsweet tea)
2. Try to get up at 5:30 am to walk. (It is fall now and feels so nice out side. Problem .. not a morning person. getting up 45 mins early will be very hard)
3. Eat healthy everyday. Did pretty good this week eating fruit and veggies. will continue to do so.
4. Spend time with my youngest reading every night. (we get so caught up in the day it is hard to read at night)

    I loved reading to my kids when they were little, even when they got bigger I read outloud to them historical books that were fascinating! One was on the battle of Midway in the Pacific Sector during WWII! It took us a long time, I was reading to my littler ones, but I even had my teenagers listening in the background. I was homeschooling my kids at the time!

    Great goals!! Fall is my favorite time of the year! Im soooo not a morning person either. You are my hero for getting up early to go walk. ha I can barely function in the morning. Your doing a great job!
