Goals for the week of Oct 3rd.

1. continue to not drink soda. ( have been really good drinking water and unsweet tea)
2. Try to get up at 5:30 am to walk. (It is fall now and feels so nice out side. Problem .. not a morning person. getting up 45 mins early will be very hard)
3. Eat healthy everyday. Did pretty good this week eating fruit and veggies. will continue to do so.
4. Spend time with my youngest reading every night. (we get so caught up in the day it is hard to read at night)
