This is what I planned to do exercise-wise:

Monday - Chalean Extreme Lean Circuit 1 and Turbo Jam Fat Blaster
Tuesday - Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3
Wednesday - Chalean Extreme Lean Cirduit 2 and Turbo Jam Fat Blaster
Thursday - Chalean Extreme Get-Lean Intervals and Extreme Abs
Friday - Chalean Extreme Lean Circuit 3 and Turbo Jam Fat Blaster
Saturday - Chalean Extreme Fat Burn Challenge and Recharge

This is what I actually did:

Monday - Chalean Extreme Lean Circuit 1 and Turbo Jam Fat Blaster
Tuesday - Nothing
Wednesday - Chalean Extreme Lean Cirduit 2 and Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout
Thursday - Chalean Extreme Get-Lean Intervals
Friday - Chalean Extreme Lean Circuit 3 and Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout
Saturday - Nothing

I didn't do too bad as my weight for the beginning of the week was 282 and on saturday I weighed in at 279.8. I say that was not too bad of a result. I have still kept it off so I am starting this week off pretty good.
