Sick with myself

I woke up this morning just hating myself. I don't know what that is about but there it is. I am very disgusted with everything about me this today. I don't usually tell people things like this but I am trying to change so I want to change my habit of being closed off as well.

    These are the days when it is very important to be good to yourself. I'm talking about the choices you make...food and exercise. At the end of the day, look back on how you did. AFTER you see all the good choices that you made, you will feel better. Then, do it all over again tomorrow. Soon, you will see and feel the difference...and you won't want to stop!

    I understand the feeling. But, then I try to remember that things will get better...one day at a time. One thought at a time.

    Give yourself one positive affirmation for every negative thing you think about yourself. When I do this I find either I hate coming up with something nice to say about myself or I get distracted with the positive thought I have.
