I have found something that works for me to stay on track. Attitude toward foods plays a big role for me. You know I looked at cupcakes, fried chicken and fried fish as heavenly. Now that I've changed my eating habits I see those as "dirty foods." When I ate the dirty foods they weighed me down and I felt as if there was no happiness until I put the next piece of dirt in my mouth. The cycle continued until it blew me up like a balloon. Now when i eat the "clea foods I feel a sense of newness. That makes it much easier for me to make "clean" choices of food.
