accountability and motivation, week 12 countdown

I think I need to blog once a week. I keep most of my yakking about exercise on my community journal (link at the bottom of my spark page), but I think I need to check in with a blog once a week. I tend to blog in my head when I exercise, but then get busy doing something else when I get home. I still have issues with the ease of spending too much time online.
I've hovered in the same area, but have recovered when my weight went up. I need to make progress by the next MD appointment. I don't think I need an increase in thyroid meds. I need and increase in exercise and a decrease of total calories.
Maybe I'll do a countdown, this being week 12 -- There are approximately 12 weeks until January 1. I have the exercise plan made up, but I need to work with my alternatives as I get tired and then the plan goes phbbbbt!
I have 12 weeks to ring in 2011 in a different size and with a different fitness level.
So let me raise a Spark Toast to my fellow Sparkers emoticon
and here's to a transformation between 10-10-10 and 1/1/11!
