18 week post partum update

I am doing fairly well
At 4 months, 4 days post partum I did a 1/2 marathon at 2:35:41. I am subbing for yoga on a regular basis and just taught my first yoga and writing class last week.
My measurements are getting better
And life is at a peaceful calm. As far as work I am primarily a SAHM (I need to thank my hubby for pushing for this) but I do work outside of the home with yoga and photography/videography these days as well as pursuing some of the start up fun in our community.
I plan to crank up some of my fitness and fat loss though so will be stepping back from a 1/2 marathon I thought about doing in December to concentrate on heart rate monitor training and strength training. My next big goal is to do a Memorial Day 10K in 55 minutes or less. To do this I need to do a sub 16:40 2 mile qualifier or a sub 26:30 5K before mid May. In my recent half I had a 4-mile stretch that I was doing at 8-9 min/miles so I think I can do it.
Life is fairly decent. My weight goals are 165 (new running shoes) which I should hit before November, 150 (microdermabrasion), 141 (photography bag). I am taking these goals slow and steady because my #1 priority is my little guy and making sure I am making enough milk for him since that is all he still consumes.
