getting strict--er

Having to report what I eat to the Doc, well, it's made me look at when I've been successful and making the scale move in the desired direction. So, it seems that when I cut out two carbs, and have carbs at lunch and dinner, not breakfast and snack, that I do better. So, I'm looking at how strict I need to be and how consistently I need to be strict to stop dancing around the scale. That is only one part of the process -- the other part is the exercise. Yesterday was a light day, but today I kicked it in gear! I'm looking forward to continue to work on the inches regardless of the scale!

    I am also not really strict either, but i am trying to fit in some extra veggies and also try to make sure i have more protein throughout my day to control the sugar cravings.
