Plans For The End Of October

Last week wasn't my normal high energy week. I worked late a few days and I was dealing with PMS. The good thing is that I managed to still lose weight instead of gaining the usual 2 pounds. I am not going to dwell on it as it has passed and this is the beginning of a fresh week. Since this is the last full week of the month, I am going to write down some goals to achieve this week.
1. Plan out my meals for the rest of the month. Make sure to stay with it.
2. Drink at least 8 cups of water daily.
3. Do my planned exercise all week.
4. Get at least 7 hours of sleep each day.
5. Read my book.
Okay, I am now ready for the week!
