I'm getting pretty fed up with just feeling tired all the time. It doesn't seem to matter how much I sleep (lots or little), if I exercise or not, if I'm physically active, mentally active or just sit like a lump, I just wake up with no energy. And I go through the day with no energy. I've tried sleeping with tv on, tv off, music on, music off; nothing seems to be working. I lie down and fall asleep pretty fast but never wake up with any energy. Yesterday I was drifting off to sleep around 2pm (and I got up at 9am, so.... yeah). I'm beginning to suspect there's something physically wrong with me and there probably is. But, in this country, that cost money to find out, so I guess I won't be finding out anytime soon.

Heh I literally JUST posted something similar. I'm tired ALL the time as well and maybe your issue is the same as mine.

I found that I'm not eating enough calories for my body to run through a full day. Two things happen because of this:
    1) Tired all day every day because you have nothing to really burn to run.
    2) Hard to loose weight because your body goes into starvation mode and tries to save everything you eat.

    Hope this helps.
