Upping the Exercise

Well, I made a decision today to add more exercise to my week because everyone else was giving up something (i.e. candy, baked goods, sugar, etc...) and I don't usually struggle with that... so I took my lunch hour today and walked 1.5 miles and will go after work to do my normal workout... it's a start! emoticon

I did really good with this for a couple of weeks and then my back went out... I was down for a good 2 weeks not able to do any exercise. I've slowly gotten back into it but nothing worked like I had hoped... that's life. I'm just thankful that I can still walk and that everything is back in place!
