tues 2km /thurs 2km / fri 1.4km /sun 2km bought wetsuit ocean 60mins nice weather hot and swell 4/10
fri session 200 warm up /10x 100m in 1.45 10 secs rest / good start i am committed to improving my time
WEEK 2 NOV 1
tues 2km/ wed 1.4km / thurs 2km/ sat
thurs good pull drill count strokes and try to cut by 1 stroke each lap min strokes 59
sat 2km ocean swim 59mins weather cool swell 6/10 and stiff southly onshore wind
WEEK 3 NOV 10
