Weekly Goal (11/8-11/17)

I saw another Sparker, in a group I am in, do a weekly goal blog. So, I wanted to try it to see if posting helps me stick to my goals more than I would if I didn't post them. emoticon Also, hoping this allows my sparkbuddies to help me with accountability by leaving/giving feedback as much as possible too. Lord knows I need both posting & feedback for accountability. emoticon




My goals for this week:

- QT every morning.
- Journal/track food everyday.
- 8+c of water everyday
- Eat more F&V each day!
- Get an hour+ activity/day
(jog in morning and/or walk after lunch/dinner. Workout with: Wii; Tae Bo; Pilates. ST&C of some kind....and so on. Plus, be creative on activity other than regular workouts & share them on here).

If/when, throughout the week, I think of adding anything I will update this blog. I doubt I will add though because I am pretty sure I covered all my goals. LOL
I pray that God helps me do great with this, as well as helps the one who's blog inspired this post with their goals.
