Challenging year...

Tuesday, November 09, 2010

Wow,,,what a year...we retired with one company of 30 years, sold a house, moved to Oklahoma, bought a house, husband had a heart attack, lost my father in law in May, mother in law diagnosed with a deadly disease and dimentia, and continuing to stay healthy and build muscle and bone.

They say God doesn't give you more than you can handle.
Despite this past year has been difficult and I feel that I am not getting any younger. I truly am thankful for all of the struggles we have endured. My faith has gotten stronger and I have grown to accept the changes and challenges as gifts from God because we know this makes us realize that we can't make it in this world without him.

I am most thankful for Spark It brightens my day to read other people's blogs, chit chat, share recipes, keep track of my food and nutrients etc. and exercise and learn what I can do to keep us healthier in the future. Thank you spark friends for all the love and support required to meet and complete each day. emoticon
