So, 9 days ago I posted about how I was sick and that is how I stopped working out, but I was back and wee right? Well I did not work out that Tuesday, but I did go Sat and again on Monday, and I have been walking on my lunch breaks and I was planning to go today, and i suppose it's not too late to go and sit on the bike and use the cycle thing for a while, but I started to feel sick and yesterday I felt horrible and today even worse. I have been watching what i eat, but I consistently lack sleep. So I started working out and now I am sick again. This time worse than before. I don't know what gives, but I do not like it. Tomorrow i will go for a walk on my lunch break and Saturday I will get back in the gym. Hopefully I can battle this and be healthy for the rest of this year... I hope this doesn't sound like I'm making horrible excuses, I really have been sick :-(
