NON SCALE VICTORIES FOR NOVEMBER!

I've been on a plateau for quite a while now and despite hitting the exercise trail quite hard at the moment, I have still as yet not managed to see the scale move downwards.
Anyway the other day my gym rang up to see how I was doing, how the training was going, I do personal training monday Then zumba, tues swimming 2km , wed weights, thurs swimming 2km
then rpm, friday swimming , saturday walking the dog.
they asked me if i had attained my goals and i said no i hadnt lost any weight! So they said maybe i was still doing the same workwout and that i should change it up.
It was then as I was telling them that I do a different dynamic workout each session, I realised
I am so much fitter than when I started! At first I would just use static weight machines and would take a rest in between sets to stretch all the time.
These days my normal workout is a combo of dynamic weights, kettlebells, skippining rope, jumping with weights etc followed by abs with medicine ball and the bridge.
I would never be able to do this 6 months ago but i have never really thought about it until now,
I'm getting fitter !
