Second Week Of November And Still Hanging In There...

I finished my second week of the month better then the first week. I was able to stick to my planned workout for the week 5 of the 6 days and because of it I was able to lose a pound from the saturday before. I am really starting to like Turbo Fire. Right now I am just doing the prep schedule. It worked out that as soon as I am done with it I will be starting the full program the first week of January. I wanted to slowly move into the program so that I will stick to it lol. My eating was better, but I am going to succeed this week with sticking to my planned meals. As long as I start my monday off good, the rest of the week is easier. I still need to work on my water intake. This week I will make it a goal for me to drink 4 cups before I go into work each day.

    a trick I found is a cup of water is 8oz so I drink 16 oz glass that way I have two cups instead of one. I also drink gateraid the powder stuff wonder if that idea would help you increase your water more.
    good for you for sticking to your work outs. I need that kind of moviation.

    I hear you about the water intake! It seems like I can only get my water in on the weekends (when I work) because I'm constantly walking around the stores I work at! Way to go on the weight loss and exercising 5 out of your 6 planned days! Keep up the great work :)

    Sounds like a plan. I know I need to get my water intake back up too. (Maybe b/c it's cold we don't think we need as much) LOL
