I'm back with my tail between my legs :(

Dear Friends,

I've strayed off the SP path for the past couple of months and the scales tell a sorry tale. I can't do it without you and I have learned my lesson. Back on track from today with a goal to lose 20lb by Christmas by:

1. logging in at least once a day
2. tracking all my food and drinks
3. tracking all my exercise and aiming a bit further each day
4. staying positive, even when I'm tired or the weather's horrid
5. focussing on why I'm doing this

All your help will be gratefully received.

    We stray, we come back, we NEVER give up. You were able to put on the brakes -that takes gumption & shows you've absorbed more of the Spark message than you may think. I agree with the others - don't be too hard on yourself, apply the lessons from this temporary setback & move on. I'm sooo glad that you're back.

    welcome back None of us are perfect you can do it!!! if nothing else I make sure I login every day. keeps me alert to what I need to do .I stopped logging my food for awhile but I am back to it !!! because it makes me well aware!! Have a good day Hugs Bobie emoticon emoticon emoticon

    emoticon back! I had about a 5 day stint away that could have easily become a couple months myself. So don't feel bad, what's important is you are picking yourself back up. Just try to make your 2 months hiatus a learning lesson.
