This year I will do something that I haven't done in the past to get through Thanksgiving. I am going to face it with a PLAN lol! I have decided that I need to do some extra cardio not just the day of, but I will do some today and friday. I am going to eat breakfast. I haven't really eaten breakfast on Thanksgiving for awhile, so I will do it this year to help myself not overeat. I will eat whatever I want to eat, but I will make sure to eat the correct portion size. I will be sure to drink 1 to 2 cups of water before I eat. And the key thing I will do is TRACK EVERYTHING.
