Since there is about 5 weeks left until the new year, I have decided to end the year with finally entering into the 260s. I have been losing my momentum lately, but I have a new found motivation and I am getting myself back on track.
~Drink half my body weight in ounces of water daily. I will adjust the amount of water depending on how much I weigh on my offical weighin day on saturdays.
~Plan my food each week and have it posted on the tracker by saturday.
~Eat between 1800-2000 calories each day. Eat on the higher end when I exercise and stay on the lower end on my rest day each week.
~Follow the recommended prep schedule for weeks 5-9 for the Turbo Fire program.
~Add Turbo Jam and Walk Away The Pounds so that I can reach my weekly goal of 200 minutes of cardio.
~Do about 300 minutes of exercise each week.
~I plan on checking in everyday to spend the wheel. Its my motivation to keep myself on track as I use all of the trackers on here. Keeping my streaks is a great way for me to stay focus for the bigger picture of changing my lifestyle.
~I am going to finish the book for church during the next few months. I have been lacking in that department, but I will get my butt in gear.
~I will finish the school year strong. I need to do my presentation in the next few days and start studying for my final that I will have a week from this tuesday.
~I will blog at least twice a week about my progress. This helps me to stay accountable to myself.
~I am going to enjoy the holiday season. It can be stressful, but I am going to make the best of it this year.
This is a terrific goal, and an excellent plan for achieving it! Step one is setting your sights in the right direction-looking ahead rather than back at all that hasn't been going the way you wanted. Step two is setting goals and making a plan of action- you are on your way to succeeding and I KNOW you can do it!!!
