catching up

its been awhile since i have posted so lets see whats new?
weight staying the same.
classes start tomorrow on nutrition and exercise.
pups now have eyes open oh so cute.
found a new workout partner from sparks hitting gym again.
i know the classes will probably be a little boring since i have had so much practice with nutrition but i just may learn something new and am finally hoping to find the right exercises for me. i do strength training but not sure i am using the correct amount of weights or if i am doing it for the right amount of reps.
the machines are great too but i may need to bump up the levels will see how that goes. hoping for a loss this week since i am working out again.
