I just went through and used the Reports to look at my fitness minutes over time, cardio tracking, miles, etc. It's enlightening.
I was kicking major booTAY in June and July. 1700-1900 fitness minutes. Whoo! I was doing the BootCamp challenge at that time, too. Whoa.
Now, not so much. August was a schlumpy month for me, and so was November. I'm doing well now, though. I have nearly half the fitness minutes this month, today being the 8th day, as I had for the whole month of Nov LOL. Yikes. I think I'm going to earn my 1000 fitness minutes badge this month. Good. I did not like not getting one for last month, but that was nobody's fault but my own.
I've never thought of myself as much of a holiday person, but last year and this, I seem to have been bitten by the bug. I have christmas music playing here at work on my workstation. Mannheim Steamroller and Trans-Siberian Orchestra. We might actually have decorations up in the house and lights up outside before Christmas Eve LOL Yay!
I've never thought I'd be the person to yearn to be outside, to walk, to run.. RUN? yea, run, outside, in the air, the brisk, wet, damp, cold air. I'm getting antsy to get outside. I think we're going to have to hit the golfcourse this weekend, rain not withstanding.
