Over the past few months, my weight started to inch up...not by pounds, but by ounces. I kept telling myself it was no big deal, I would soon be back to my recorded weight and continue as usual.
Numbers can play with your head. All of a sudden I had 8 more pounds to drop before I could even budge from my posted weight. It was overwhelming and I felt like I was trying to swim upstream.
So I ate a big piece of humble pie (no calorie pie), bit the bullet (again no calories), and made the decision to JUST DO IT!
What a relief that was! It was much easier exercising, NOT t to CATCH UP, but to make progress ...... forward.
My team (Week joined Jan 3-9) has issued a daily challenge and it has helped me re-focus and get in a much-needed variety of (not difficult) exercises.
I'm back on track. Wanna help me raise some dust?
